Abbey Physiotherapy thrives on recommendations from clients we have helped in the
past. Here are just a small selection of comments from some of our satisfied customers:
"I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for all your help prior to my London Marathon run. I am delighted to say that I did manage to run it and did not stop at all (which was my main aim) finishing in 4:38. My time was a bit slower than I had hoped but the sheer number of runners kept me to a sensible speed so I didn't hit 'the wall' at any point. The knee held up, I thought it was going to be a problem but it was fine. Thanks also for your sponsorship, for which I am extremely grateful. I managed to raise £4000 in the end which was more than I had anticipated and just goes to show how generous people are.
A really life affirming experience. Thanks, I couldn't have done it without you!" |

"It was so good to see you again, and delighted that you think my back is improving enough to continue with only occasional visits as and when.
So I just wanted to write and say a huge 'thank you' to you, because actually the improvements have been all down to your skill and help. Your skills at releasing tightened muscles and your advice on the right excercises to do have helped me more that I can say. As you have noticed my posture and mobility have changed considerably from my first visit, and I am much better for it. You are a star!" |

| "As head coach of Broadstreet RFC in Coventry, I need to have the
welfare and interest of my players at heart, so when one of them has an
injury, I have to look for a professional physiotherapy practice for
their rehabilitation, this I have found with Alison at the Abbey clinic.
Alison's knowledge and understanding of sports injuries has had an
impact on the speedy return of my players back on to the sports field.
I have no problem in recommending anyone who is looking to receive top
quality physiotherapy to Abbey Physiotherapy." |

| "I had a course of treatment with Alison recently and found that she
was very thorough and painstaking. The Treatment Room was immaculately
clean and Alison always had time to listen to me and ask questions
about my progress. Her massage and manipulation were both firm and
positive, but, at the same time she was careful, and caring and made
every effort to explain to me what she was doing and why. I felt that
she really cared about finding out exactly what was wrong with me and
did not rest until she had got to the bottom of it. She kept details of
my treatment and the results and I can recommend her expertise in
Acupuncture. I found that, after I had been to see her, I was a lot
more comfortable and this improvement lasted for quite a while." |

"On behalf of several members of my family, it is with confidence that I can recommend Catherine Picton of
Abbey Physiotherapy, Nuneaton. Over the past two years, we have all received excellent treatment from
Catherine for varying problems, ranging from back to shoulder and elbow injuries. On every occasion, Catherine has
been successful in administering relief when at times, the discomfort was almost unbearable. She has offered a
most impressive, professional, caring and thorough service with which we have all been extremely satisfied.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Abbey Physiotherapy in the future"

| "My daughter's consultant at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham, recommended Catherine at
Abbey Physiotherapy as the best Physiotherapist for back problems. As my daughter is only 10,
Catherine made her feel at ease at once. The treatment was tailored for her young age and has made a great
deal of difference to her condition. My daughter always looked forward to her visit to the Abbey Clinic."

| Having suffered multiple crush injuries to my chest, ribs, shoulder and neck as a result of a coach
crash in Malaysia, I have been in numerous hospitals, and seen many doctors who advised me it could take 2
years to recover. Unfourtunately the NHS leaves a lot to be desired in its level of care, and I can say without
doubt if I had not been receiving private care from Abbey Physiotherapy, I would have been off work a lot longer than
the 6 months I was. I may not even have made it back at all if Cathy Picton hadn't kept me moving, and manipulated
my injuries at the times they tighten/seized up. I have received a number of sessions at Abbey, not only from
Catherine, and can definitely recommend their professional and competent service. So much so, my wife and son
have also been treated there. |
