Say a big Hello to Tracy – our chosen patient of the month for August!
Here are Tracy’s comments:
“I enjoy an early morning run and find it helps my wellbeing. Whilst I don’t profess to be any good at it or aspire to run any marathons, it is my ‘me’ time, so when I developed Achilles tendonitis and couldn’t run any more, not only was I in pain but it was also making me sad.
I was recommended Catherine’s name at Abbey Physiotherapy and I haven’t looked back.
At the time of writing I have had 3 sessions and Catherine has been fabulous. Teaching me how to manage the injury, exercises that strengthen and helping me to recover whilst still being able to exercise.
Thank you Catherine – you have helped me so much.”
