Say Hello to Jayne – our chosen Patient of the Month for March!
These are Jayne’s comments:
"I had a nasty fall which resulted in fracturing my arms, one side needing surgery. Following this I developed frozen shoulder on both sides. These injuries left me suffering severe pain, stiffness, sleep deprivation and low mood.
I have been for treatment with Abbey Physiotherapy where Alison has used acupuncture and gentle massage to aid my recovery and she has given me advice and suggestions for exercises to work on at home as well.
I have seen some great improvements already including reduced pain, relaxation, better night’s sleep, positive thinking and much more confidence and self-esteem.
I am now able to start returning to many of my normal day to day activities as well as work."
Thank you for your great comments Jayne!
