If you are coming to see us for your first session then it is often preferable to book in for a 45 minute session. This allows extra time for the Physiotherapist to complete a full assessment, discuss a treatment plan with you and also start some treatment.
Alternatively, you may decide to book in for 30 minutes for your first session, but there is likely to be less time for treatment. However, the length of appointment you decide to opt for is completely up to you.
