Say Hello to our Patient of the Month for November – Louise!
Here are her comments:
“After the broken bone in my foot healed I was left with a limited ability to flex both my ankle and the toe joints; this meant I walked with a limp. I was not prepared to have my future as a keen hiker and skier affected permanently so I consulted Abbey and met with Alison.
Within a month I could see tremendous differences as her therapies and my exercises improved both my mobility and my confidence in my physical strength. Alison supported me to look beyond the injury and to a future of better health with a gym referral under the ’Fitter Futures’ scheme.
I am now building more bone density and muscle strength with the help of my trainer at Empire gym.
In a strange way, breaking my foot has made me look at my life differently, value my physical health and make time to redress the work life balance. Thank you Alison!”
